National Stay at Home Because You're Well Day

...nobody told me

Well, here it is. My first post. I was so excited to start my new “journal” and decided to jump right in!

“Surely there’s something exciting for me to write about,” I said to myself. So I did some digging. And I found it: it’s “National ‘Stay at Home Because You’re Well’ Day.” Which kind of stinks for me: it’s 11:58pm Tuesday night. Not only did I miss the whole ‘[cough cough] I need to stay home today,’ call into work…it’s practically the next day! And not just the next day here in America…Australia’s already way into tomorrow! That means I have officially missed the entire “stay home because you’re well” phenomenon. I have to wait a full year to participate! This stinks!

Yes, occasionally, you’ll see this type of random rant. What did you expect from a site named Herbraincells?
